BCAA and/or creatine timing and dosage?
Do you guys believe in loading with creatine or just 5g/day and that's it?
Is the best post WO with some kind of sugar?
What about glutamine/bcaa's?

regardless of what you decide to do, just follow the recommended dosage on the bottle. Doing more than that is just stupid, and could lead to problems for the rest of us like the banning of ephedra.
What's your current routine like? How far are you pushing yourself, and how much / how often are you lifting?

Creatine says right on the bottle (most of them) that it can lead to heart failure etc. try protein powder instead and likemajik said, follow the directions.

I use protein only. Sometimes a pre-workout like Jack3d or something, but rarely. I know BCAAs can be beneficial, but I haven't gone that far. I just take whatever's already included in my stuff. Some already have BCAAs
