Anyone here ever compete?
My cousin is training now to enter his first amateur bodybuilding competition this summer. The kid is lean as hell and cut like a sumb*tch. He trains about 4 hours a day in the gym, and eats extremely healthy. Anyone here ever compete? If not in a body building tournament, what about strong man or any other fitness comps?
