Default Anyone have bad joints?

I have suffered from bad knees my whole life. I cant even drive for long periods of time because they start to act up which causes me to have to pull over and stand or walk for awhile. I've heard that Glucosamine can help. What do you guys with bad joints use that has given pretty good results?

I know 2 people who take Glucosamine and it dramatically helps them. I'd say it's worth a shot. Remember, it's a supplement, not a quick fix. You notice the best results by taking it consistently each day.

That works along with fish oil, I have knee issues and take both.

Guys, you all need to read this book and do what it says. My own bad knee was fixed with this method. https://www.amazon.com/Pain-Free-Rev.../dp/0553379887
