Anyone else have really bad TMJ?
every couple of months my TMJ gets so bad that my jaw actually slips out of joint and its really painful and short of going to an austiopath nothing can get it to go back into place. I'm in an amazing amount of pain and its kind of debilitation seeing as I really cant talk or eat. The doctor I see is booked till the 7th of February so i was wondering if anyone else had this problem and how they combat it.

I used to have mild TMJ sometimes and a VERY bad knee daily. Then I bought this book
Pain Free
and took the knife out of my knee. I also noticed -and understand why- my TMJ went away. Get this book. Do what the man says. If it doesn't help you, I'll buy it from you and "lend" it to someone.

Damn. I have it and my jaw pops out every time I yawn, but it goes back and doesn't cause pain. I am always worried that one day, it will change. Thanks for the link.
