So the last week or so my right knee has been bothering me. From what I can read it sounds like chondromalacia (runner's knee). I was just curious as to whether or not anyone else here has dealt with that before. It sounds pretty common. So far I have cut my mileage way down, but I what I haven't found out is if it tends to recur frequently or if it might go away after proper rest/rehab. Thoughts?
