Ambien is no joke!
Ive been having trouble sleeping a couple of nights so I took Ambien last night. Literally slept for 15 hours without waking up once. That stuff is crazy!

A lot of modern medicine has really been improved over the last 20 years but a sign of insomnia means your body's natural cycle is off balance.
if you need sleep, exercise for a few hours for the day like swimming and you will be surprised.
