I got my lines too. I probably won't be able to install them for a few weeks, but they look great.

I got my lines 2day, look great!! I'll have them on this week sometime. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

REDZ: just wondering but i don't see how this will make a difference if you don't replace the lines in FRONT of just the connector from the car 2 the caliper.

i dont really understand your question.

are you referring to all the rest of the brake lines? those are made of rigid tubing, they wont expand. you only need something flexible to travel from the rigid tubing to your caliper, which is bouncing around everywhere because it is connected to the suspension.

idk man, when i looked in my engine bay by my CAI i saw what looked like part of the braking system hooked up to the tubing that wont expand, like you said. But that pipe was also connected to some other tubing? Not sure what that is?

i have seen that too. it's connected to the suspention. that is the rest of it but those are not the parts that expand. as you might notice, there is a coild wrapped around your brake line. it's pretty much hyundai's cheap excuse for the brake lines not to expand. but now we've got that all under control.

i wanted to mention something really cool about these lines! i just got mine in today just as i was leaving work! and i noticed, they are already wrapped in a plastic tubing. that's rad! to my information, brake lines do or did not come in tubing but only stainless steel. this would enable dirt, dust, or debris particles to clog your lines and ruin their performance overtime enabling them to misfunction or not even function at all! in fact, if these didn't come wrapped i was thinking of doing it myself from tubes at home depot! but this is way awsome; it saved me some stress and a trip to home depot!

i painted them silver. i take it they all came in blue. i don't know if you would even be able to see these parts but i didn't want mine looking ricey so i coated them in enamel silver gloss from a hobby shop. then i cleaned up the leftover mess with some paint thinner. they're a creamy silver color now and ready to go on! thanks REDZ!
