This GB is for the RSide Advanced SS. It will fit all RD Tiburons as long as the base plate in your Shifter Housing is Black. It will also fit Elantras that use that same shifter.

2. What makes this shifter better?
RSide makes products specificly for us, they are high quality and work well. This shifter is almost identical to the B&M but you can ADJUST THE HEIGHT on this one. I had the B&M and it's just way to tall, so far I know about 5 folks that have traded in their B&M for the RSA.
3. If I don't want the knob can I get it cheaper?
No, enjoy the knob or sell it. LOL Also, you can put Colored O Rings in on it to add some accents to it, I did and it looks great. I love this shift knob.
4. Does the OEM Stock knob fit?
Yes it does.
5. Does this fit all the 1st and 2nd gens?

Hey Redz I have a question abou the Advanced shifter. I had purchased the shifer off of Shark Racing.... I know i know, but it came within a week. I've read that it is actually the RSide Basic Shifter. I've looked over KSpec's site and saw that the only real difference is that it is adjustable and comes with the knob. Now to my question. I have the basic on right now. If I got this and put it on would I see any difference in the throw or would it really be the same? And as for the shifter housing..... My housing is black but there is a silver ring on the inside of it. Would this even fit right? Thanks man!

This would fit right, no problems. Throw? Ehhh, who knows, I've never messed with the basic because it sucks. LOL There are more differences I'm sure, this sucker is SMOOTH.
