Ok guys, here it goes. This group buy will most likely end around a month from now, unless we are close to getting a mark to make prices lower and people are still interested.

here is the ebay page with his rotors.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...item=2447593269

also, go there to check shipping costs. enter your zip code in the ups box. for people in canada, post your postal code and i will get a quote for you (already emailed him gary, should have a quote for you soon).

Pricing will be as follows(could actually be 10 or more sets = 140 etc..., but figured i would put this untill i got a confirmation from him):

10 sets or less = 150
11-20 sets = 140
21+ sets = 130

Payment Plans
For someone to get their name on the list, you must make an initial payment of 50 dollars to ROTORWORKS. his paypal addy is:

ccrotorwork@sbcglobal.net

this will prevent people from backing out of the group buy and messing up the group prices(which are based on the number of people involved). as soon as he gets the initial 50 dollars, he will start making your order. once the group buy ends, we will determine how much the total cost will be based on how many people are involved. as soon as you pay your remaining balance plus shipping, then your order will be shipped.

In the subject box with paypal enter: "Hyundai Rotor Group Buy"

In the notes section, enter this info.:

The Year, Make, Model, and whether it is:
ABS or non ABS
Turbo or non turbo(put non turbo, he just needs it to further clarify)
Rear discs or rear drum(again, put rear discs, just clarification things)

also include what type of rotors you want(drilled only, slotted only, or drilled and slotted) along with whether or not you want brake pads.
__________________________________________________ ____

the brake pads he usually carries are axxis or an equal equivalent. add 75 dollars to your order for these(they are replacements for every wheel so 8 pads total). these will be shipped for free with your order. the lowest ive found them for is 40 per front or rear set, so i guess its a bit of a deal.

after you send him each payment, i need you to forward a copy of the reciept to:

chrisweir01@yahoo.com

DO NOT USE the email in my profile. please include your real name, forum name(list them if you participate on different forums and post there), and phone number with the reciept. when i get the reciept, i will post your name and forum name on this post and put "Paid Preliminary" next to it. after you send me the receipt for the remainder of your payment, you will be marked off as "Paid Full".

so we get a $15 discount? hm...

Do prices include shipped?
Are they under warranty?
What material are they made out of?
Any anti-rusting stuff?
Are they rotors that were later drilled, or were they manufactured that way?
$140 for front AND rear?
What type of pads could he offer and for how much?
What size are rotors?
What finish/color are they? Are they identical to picture shown?

Im interested too, but like majik said, we nee to find out whether the price quoted is PER PAIR or for the whole set.

And what brand pads can he get and for how much?

The rotors look nice, but i may want to get just slotted.

Well, the auction says they are zinc plated. It also has a 90 day warranty against cracking or wearing. It says that they offer cross drill or slotted only. THe auction also says front AND rear, so I would have to guess all four. I would have to guess that they are machined.
