Use Velcro. I put standard velcro on the bottom of my sub box, and it mates with the car carpet flooring quite well. It's a B**** to get it off when I really need to. FYI, you can also get industrial-strength velcro, but IMO that's overkill.

It would probably cost quite a bit more to ship it to Canada, if you're willing to pay the extra fees.
