Unfortunately, I couldn't get in on that price, it being christmas time and all I had to send my step son to South Carolina to his dad's for the holiday and am broke until Friday.

I'm sorry about that Sean, you will get lots more business from us though. The issue is that it took so long for them to get completed and now it's christmas shopping season. Not to mention, the site traffic goes down by about 1/2 in December due to vacationers. I did PM 36 folks that said they wanted in on this buy. I know a few have said that they won't be able to buy a set until January.

I apologize that it's not finished, I have a rough draft done but have had a pretty nasty head cold the past few days. I will have it finished today and sent to you.

 

I agree that the timing was not the best. We had a tossup between jamming it in before Christmas or risk people losing interest if we wait until January. We have shipped out the majority of the kits with the explanation that the installation sheets will be forwarded shortly.

 

Well, I'll post it here today too, after you approve of it, and they can get it here too. I'd just forward a copy to the folks that request it, no need for you to have to pay for my mistake.

 

Sean... you dont have to worry about a reputation with our community cause you already got one... just let Jeremy take care of the installation instructions... you produced a awsome product like always.. just cant wait till x-mas is over so Jeremy can order my set...Thanks Chris

I agree, 80% of the time tuners from all car forums have a saying, "I can't wait until spring" whether to install something or buy something most of the orders rise up from March onward to a height in May, June, and July. That being said I would leave August and September declining months onward due to the beggining of school, the lack of working folks, and the majority of important holidays.

I may suggest another group buy for March onto May into summer. I cannot wait to get my spacers and see what they can do. And thanks Proturbo, Outlaw and REDZ for tying the knot. If there will be a second group buy, I will more than likely be glad to confirm the product.

 

I'd be up to finish the bulk buy in January/February, I just don't have the cash to buy them right now.

Ah, the spacers and manual tranny....those were my christmas presents to myself. Need to get a new clutch now.

That sucks to hear that only 17 were ordered out of how many were expected to order. I know that thankfully I got a PHAT raise so money wasn't an issue for me. PHEW!

In agreeance w/ HKC, I would suggest to open another bulk buy in a few months after people have recovered from the holiday spendings.
