Well the group buy can pretty much happen anytime, just gotta tell them were doing it, and send everyones money.

sdtiburon, do you know about how much it would be to ship the hoods?
It might be cheaper than wicked-bodies/erebuni since they are only $350 hood.
What about quality?

I think I might go for the Evo style hood myself, but if we need I can still do the GB.

 

It would only cost $150 to ship the hood. The hood has the genuine VIS sticker on it so it should be pretty good fitment from what I hear.

 

Would be $500 total for each hood.
Would they go any lower on shipping?
Everywhere else shipping in the US is 90-100. But it's all good.

You think they would go lower if we got enough people?

I talked to the guy about the hoods and he wants an idea of how many hoods we are talking about. Then once he has a number we can get a price on hoods plus shipping.

Is anyone interested in this hood anymore? Because if nothing is going to happen I am just going to be picking my own hood up next week.

 

At the moment I prefer the Evo style hood, but if that one takes to long to get, i'll prolly get in on this one.

I don't think we have enough support to get a discount.
Theres plenty of other hoods out there with more support, I think it'd be better to just go with one of the full/er GB's.

 

Ill try to get something rollin for you guy with RD2s as soon as my RD1 hoods are done. I'm supposed to test fit the GTP hood today again, they cancelled yesterday, so there's one RD2 hood coming up.

Maybe the Evo, or maybe the VIS hood from this thread, but the discount will come from me, not them. Like I said I'll get something rollin for you guys.
