^ I'm finding most of that out as I go but I'll answer what I can.
1. Seems like Flexfit. Just as in the pictures.

2. I mentioned to him that we would want it in the Tiburon font but he has yet to get back to me. If there is this much interest I don't see it being a problem.
3. I knew it would be asked so I did mention it to him. At that time he said no problem. The font is really the only issue I see. From what I can tell/see he can do anything. I just figured I'd get an idea of how many people we'd be looking at and what we wanted. Maybe what we'll do is have the backing added to the order. And each individual would post Tiburon/Turbulence/Elantra/Crooked H. It just might cost more per hat that's all.
4. I was thinking of that. If he can do it, what about on the temple? Like on the side of the hat, we can opt for RDtiburon.com to be there too.

Okay as for price, he was doing the Tuscani hats at $25 without the Tuscani label/name on the back, and $28 with the Tuscani label/name on the back

The font for the Tiburon lettering is dragonfly and it is available at http://simplythebest.net/fonts/fonts/dragonfly.html.

well i would be interested i want the hyundai symbol on front with CROOKED H out back in a nice font i will have to look for one or if you can send me some samples of stuf he has. black hat orange stitch
