I was going to wait to offer this to our little community, but I need to help out the community that also services my BMW. This way both of us benefit.

Here it is.. I need 10 people (or more, the price may go down if we get enough) willing and able to part with at least $160 +Shipping (it was $8 for me) for a HID kit from Eagle Industries. I installed this same kit in my Bimmer this weekend and the results were amazing.

Very easy to install and very well made. I almost did not need the directions to figure it out. I liked the kit so much, I am buying a second for my fogs.

I am putting a close date on this for the end of April. By that time I will need money, what lamps you need, and the Colour temperature.

 

Whats the warranty on these Mad? Also if we have any problems down the road who do we contact?

I am still waiting to hear about the warrenty. I understand it is very good, but I do not have it in front of me to quote you.

And yes, I would wait until the end of april to collect money. I got my HIds less than 2 weeks after the Group buy was done.

sorry, should have read "at most" if we can get more than just 10 (in the 20s) there is a possiblity the price will drop more.

I also got the warrenty info... Year and a half on the Ballest, year on the capsule (lamp) We had one member on the bimmer site who had a bad lamp, he had a new one in less than two weeks.

If you have any problems, contact me, I will call the guy running the GB.. it also helps that he lives an hour and a half away from me.

And yes, most colour temps are availible.. from 4.8k to 8k I believe. I am running 6k and it is VERY white with a hint of blue

 

I'm strongly interested, biggest turn off for me is that we'd be looking at mid-may for earliest delivery.
