not to be off topic... but im not planning on using these switches for heated seats... that will be ok, right?

Hey, didn't you have an Elantra? Or I'm confusing you with someone else?
I think the switch will work on any car, but the switch housing is for the Tib console only... right?

i plan to buy a rd1 or rd2 so thats where it would go.

yeah thatd work fine, they are just basic on/off switches. you'll just have to cut the little plugs off the ends or whatever, shouldnt be a big deal
