i say after this long its first come first serve on the list. raaqi shouldnt be getting stuck with the bill on these. i think you should contact everybody on the list.

sorry, way I read it was everyone was paying now. The 10 that are already made are going out to 1 through 10 on the list and when the rest get completed paid for/made, they'd be shipped to 10+ on the list.
