I meant to post this earlier, but I forgot.

I don't know if the RDs have the same problems with grounding as the GKs, but if your car starts acting up after you install the IM / spacer, check for vacuum leaks. If it still is acting up, the RDs probably have the same grounding problem as the GKs and your going to need better grounding on the IM.

Glad to hear you guys have recieved them and are happy. Tblakea04, you should have yours any day wink.gif

Here's a quick DIY for changing the pulley over for those that want it.

Before taking the pulley off your old tb, have a good look at how the parts go together & where the spring hooks on to the assembly so you can install it the same way.

To remove the pulley you just undo the nut on the shaft and pull it off. The spring comes off with it and also the plastic hub, there will be tension on the spring so be careful OK.

When installing the assy, put the hub on the shaft (note that there are 2 lugs on the hub that match with holes in the pulley), then put the spring on over the hub so that it hooks onto the post with the idle screw in it.
Next hook the spring onto the lug on the pulley (do this b4 the pulley goes onto the shaft), then carefully rotate the pulley until it reaches it,s correct position lined up with the flats on the shaft and then slip it onto the shaft. You should now have the pulley on with tension on the spring if you have done it right, so now put the washer & nut on.

Make sure you use the nut that I've supplied as the thread is different than the oem nut.

COL, you need to edit that to tell folks to LOOK AT THE OEM SETUP FIRST. The way you have it written, it tells them to take it apart then look at it first.

OK REDZ, I fixed it. I thought about it as I wrote it but I figured that they would read it right through b4 starting, but maybe not.
