I still have gotten no response from him either....and cannot reach him by phone because he is not answering it. I am getting really pissed and it isn't that easy to do....I am more than willing to give someone a second chance but he is past about 10!!!!

Anyone in Florida that is close to him at all? Only one I know of down there is Java and he is a couple hours out I believe....a little far to try to chase someone down.

Contact his local Police Department. Email him from a email address he's never seen and that doesn't have ANY distinguishing characteristics with you or your nicknames. Find his home address and mail him a letter that he HAS to sign for. Contact the FBI's fraud division.

....p.s. his voicemail is working now and I left him a very "firm toned" message including that it could proceed to involve the FBI Fraud Division. We will see what happens now especially since we have the email saying that he listed on Ebay again to get the money to make ours...which is basically stating that he is going to screw them!! Plus he said that his business landlord had locked the building.....don't think he will be in the bus. much longer. Matt I will hit you up as soon as I can...and again I apologize for not being on as much the last week or so.

"HI:AGAIN I THOUGH I WOULD HAVE THEM ALL OUT BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FINISH YOURS,ALL CANADA WAS SHIPPED 6/04 AND SHOULD BE THEIR ON 7DAYS.THE OTHER ONE I JUST SHIPPED WAS #4 WHICH WAS ON THE GUYS HAD SAME ADDRESS.OTHER THAN YOURS I SHOULD NOT OWE ANYONE FROM THE GB.I WANT MAKE THIS WORK,IF YOU WANT THE PILLAR SEND ME YOUR NEW ADDRESS BUT IT WILL NOT BE READY UNTIL NEXT WEEK .THANKS"

make of it what you will. I requested tracking numbers in a reply I sent him as his word is somewhat shaky at this point especially after talking to Kane from NT.com

 

i think he still owes one or two more after those ppl he just listed supposedly get their pod...

All Canada pods left are: Blacktibby00, CudaTurbo, and 2UNIQ

The #4 person with the same address he speaks of is Blacktibs (Spiffywerks and his pod had the same shipping address).

I still have listed that Boriqua and Ceradona dont have their pods yet either.

Voiddweller doesnt have his either as Rafael said.

SOOOOOO..... that still equals 7 ppl that haven't got their pods, and if the 3 Canadians and Blacktibs get theirs, he still owes 3 more pods.

Cross your fingers that he might be telling the truth this time about some of them being shipped out.
