i still waiting for my pod !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

dont worry u guys u will get them i was on the first GB for them it took forever hes handmaking them , it just takes a while but u will get them

 

sorry to do this guys.. but for the 7 of you that haven't received your pod yet i have requested that if Rafael hasn't made them yet, to just send me a refund. I will then refund your money back through PayPal. You then can deal with Rafael if you want to through ebay or contact him personally and set something up.. if you dare.

I swear I will never do business with him again and would advise others to do the same. All I have heard since we started this thing is excuses. The last i heard from him was on 5-5-04 in a long email telling me more excuses and problem.. and for me and Voiddweller to stop being so hateful. He promised to have the pods sent out that next week if we gave him one more chance (this would be like the 6th chance we have given him). So now it is 5-23-04 and still nobody has their pods.

SO that is what brought me to ask for refunds if he hasnt made the pods.

I dont know what else to do.. it has been over 4 1/2 months since this started.. we were told it would be 2 weeks to get the pods..

Sorry this didnt work out for some.. but maybe it still will.

For us that haven't recieved our pods yet, we can only hope that they are on there way.

 

unfortunately i think you are right... i hope he has sent them out or plans to very soon after i sent him my last email, which wasn't a nice email at all.

I might have some for sale when i get time though.. so keep an eye out if you dont end up getting your pod.

Again, sorry guys, Rafael is the one that hasn't held his word. He still hasnt even emailed me back after my last email.

I still have not gotten an email back from him either and I tried to call his cell phone and got "the user you are trying to call has not enable the voicemail function". It used to work so he must have turned it off. We might need to enlist the help of you guys in Florida or pursue the attorney alley!!....no product, no money....NO WAY, not dealing with it and gave him more than enough time and way too many opportunities to make it up to us....followed up by lie after lie....NOT COOL!!! <span style="font-size:24pt;line-height:100%"><span style="color:#0000ff">DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!</span></span>

 

I have emailed him 5 times now in the past week, NO RESPONSE...

has anyone else had luck with email?
