Well I recieved a clear answer today on weather or not they marked them as a 50 Dollar value when shipping. He informed he did not do this :x . So now on top every other problem I had with these rotors and pads I will have a fee for over 100 dollars on top of what I payed for the items. I am not pleased one bit with these guys. ANd REDZMAN before you make a post of whoop DEE do or so what suck it up. DOnt bother man Please just stay out of it. Hear are the problems with so far
1)Payed Early before the GB ended - They never shipped untill a week after payment
2)Payed for package to be shipped AIRMAIL 4-6 days - shipped them economy 4-6 weeks
3)THey agreed to mark as a 50 dollar value - MArked them as full value and didn't inform that they wouldn't mark them as 50 dollars untill they were allready shipped.
Said it before And i say it again I hope the quality of the rotors are better then the service!

that sucks Gary, I feel for you bro.
I hope my rotors were shipped by air (thats what I paid for)
I forgot to mention anything about marking the package as $50
If I get my rotors soon, I will let you know how much the "good ol' customs and duties" charges are.
hopefully I will get the rotors some time early this week.
( crosses fingers, hope hope)

Gary, can you refuse shipment and then have rotorworks resend them? I know it would delay your rotor installation, but if you can save that $100 in duties it may be worth it.
Yes i believe i can. But then then the package can sit in customs for up to 30 days before they resend back to the shipper. And then rotorworks will have to pay a fee to customs if he wants the package back. The shipper can also refuse to accept the package back and pay the fee, then they will just sit there another periode of time and I will be given another notice that the the shipper refused to take them back and i will be asked if I am willing to pay the duties/brokerage/taxes.
im really sorry dude.
he said he wont mark them low because of insurance purposes. if he marks them $40, then insurance will only pay 40 and he will have to pay the rest if they are lost.
i wrote an email to him saying that if the person asks for it to be marked that value, then the customer should be held responsible for any extra money if they do end up getting lost. ill see what he says.
