Default Zip Ties and Duct Tape!!!!!!!

What have you all used zip ties and duct tape for, in terms of back yard mechanics or quick fixes? I've only ever used zip ties to keep my license plate in place.

Zip tie holding my drivers side ebrake cable in place right now, and duct tape for my front bumper where the air dam cracked from hitting a cat.

Zip ties hold my brake lines out of harm's way, and my HID ballasts in place.

Bumpers are well suited with zap straps actually, just remove the bolts! I have used them mostly for plastic bits when I'm stuck and wire tucking ofcourse. Gaffer tape, not much strangley enough...tarped a window once guess I used it there.

But hot glue on the other hand oh boy! Bet you didn't realize the potential of such a thing. I have mounted tweeters, repaired plastic panels, temporary solution to most of tibs problems actually.

But what about the weird things, like "eh see that stick that here and it's good to go!"

One such case for myself, on the way home on the highway, for got to fully tighten one of these aftermarket battery terminals and it wasn't making proper contact. Bet if I jammed this peice oh gum I'm chewin on the side of the terminal not making contact I could get me home in time for dinner. Done! Removed it later that night when we went for dessert lol

Not quite duct tape or zip ties, but velcro to hold my HID ballasts in place.
