In everyones opinion based on you live and your travels, what city and state do you think has the worst drivers in the country? For me I will say New York City hands down.
worst drivers? the idiots who moved to minot from places that never saw snow
in my travels, if it snowed, there would be 10-15 cars smashed up/rolled over/in the ditch on the way to the air force base(15 miles or so), its so bad that when it snows, tow trucks park half way and make a fortune pulling people out of the ditch
in a 15 mile radius in the other 3 directions youd find like 2-3 in the ditches

Bethesda, Maryland. Hands down. Worst drivers in America. These are the idiot normal everyday typical white middle-upper class commuter commercial-music-looking Joes and Janes. They should stop plopping out kids b/c it's disgusting and despicable.

15... close enough to 20.
I'd say Florida. They're old. They drive slow. I don't like them.

That entire DC area is FUBAR. Florida's never been a problem. Hell, I perfected the trip from Macon to Sarasota, making it a 5 1/2 hour drive. DC is the only city where there is a consistent rush hour, 24/7. Last time I was leaving the city it took 4 hours to get out of the immediate metro area. On a Sunday, at 11am. f*ck that place. I lived on one of the busiest intersections in Atlanta and worked on the other. A 10 mile commute that was regularly 90 minutes either direction. After 10pm I could make that trip in 15 minutes door-door. Every day I would have some kind of major near-miss, was in 4 not-at-fault accidents in 3 years (2 of which were at the same intersection, 24 hours apart, both drivers making right-hand turns from the left going lane on a red) and I would still rather do that than ever go near DC's major highways.
Upstate NY
No skill what so ever is needed to get a drivers license. People are seriously idiotic here. And dont get me started on how a majority of the population forgets how to drive when we get our first snow or rainstorm of the year.
