Not sure how long you've had the headers in, but they've been known to throw you a CEL. Quite often, it does happen a while after the install. May be caused by the removal/relocation of your first O2 sensor.

Best thing to do is to find someone who has an OBDii Code Reader, or go somewhere like Auto Zone (automotive parts place) that can pull the code and see whats causing it. Once you know what the code is, then you can fix the problem thats causing your check engine light to come on. Most mechanic shops can pull the code as well, but they may charge you a small fee to do it.

I have had the OBX headers for one week. So it is pretty new. Whats a CEL. But I have reparid the problem I took out the sensor cleaned it and I founfd a little leaking around sensor 1. I suggested that the leak was the problem but I really don`t know. But now it is ok! thanks for the replay

CEL = Check Engine Light.

If you eliminated your catalytic converter (in the US there's a cat integral with the stock exhaust manifold but I don't know about you) you will probably get the CEL again.

On a side note are you sure the engine is an Alpha 1.6l? I was under the impression that the Coupe/Tib 1.6l is a Beta engine. Never having seen either I am not certain I'm just wondering which it is.

Yes I am sure in Norway they comes with alph engine. In the beginning I also was told that it was a Beta but I sent the chassie number to KSPEC and they told me it was a Alpha Engine.
Well thanks again if you look into my garage I think you will find a picture of the car(before I put on Lowering springs) and picture of the chassie number

Where is it I can see pictures of your car? I am interested to see. I would also like to see a picture of the engine for comparison if you have one.

I am so sorry , I have lost cotroll . There are many Hyundai forums and I tought this and KSPEC was the only one. But there is another where everybody has his one garage with pictures and info about your car I am a bit confused at the time But I gues it is called tiburon performance. I was sure it was the same but I looked for the places I used to go to and couldn`t find them. But I will try to come back with the adress in a couple of minutes.
