Something I would like to have...
You know how old Camaros when stopped would kind of wobble around, like the Selby in Gone In 60 Seconds would. Is it even possible to have that in a Tiburon or any 4 popper for that matter?
I know probably not, but hey it would be cool.

That is engine torque does that. However, a properly modified car will NOT have that. It is NOT a desirable thing to have in a car.
OK, well there goes that idea, maybe if I engine swaped and put that mammoth of an engine where the hatch is now, and chopped the hatch, and.....awww...I'll never have that kind of money... rolleyes.gif
That wobble is caused by the lift of the camshaft. With a high lift cam the engine RPMs will jump up and down due to the large amounts of air being drawn in. When the RPMs jump the torque from the acceleration of the motor causes the car to shake or wobble.
If you want to make your V-8 run this way you can sorta cheat. Slow down the engine idle and take off the vacuum advance. If you are planning on running the car this way make sure to plug the vacuum line and the vacuum port as well. Also retarding your intial advance will help with this as well.
I do not recomend driving like this! Your motor will not like it a whole lot unless you know how to adjust it for driving this way. Also your fuel mileage will be terrible!!! eek.gif
