Default Sealing a driveway

How often should you have your driveway resealed? I had mine done last year for $60. Is it every year or every couple? My driveway has a lot of cracks in it too so Im thinking about getting that rubber crack seal stuff you can buy at Home Depot.

It depends. Do you demand a zero-leak driveway? I don't. Mine is very badly cracked and IDGAF. I'll replace the whole thing before just sealing it.

Every couple of years is standard, especially if you live in the North East where the winters can cause havoc on them. The rubber seal stuff from Home Depot or Lowes works great and it's pretty inexpensive. I used in the past before I had mine redone completely. If you use the crack filler and then have the driveway resealed, you usually wont see any of the cracks at all and the driveway look brand new.
