Questions on Epoxy Coating a garage floor

Does anyone have experience epoxy coating a garage floor? I've seen so many different types and Home Depot has those $50-75 kits. Are they any good?

I regret not doing mine. I wish I had done it when I first moved into my house. A friend of mine did it with one of the kits, he loved it. Seemed to work great.
