How much do you guys pay for Argon? I'm looking into learning how to weld and this was something I was curious about.

 

i just spent 60$ on a 60cu ft bottel swap of straight argon, ( thats up from 45 6 months ago) and i spent 45 on a bottle of c-25,(25%co2, 75% argon) also a 60cu ft.

if your just getting started your likely setting up a mig opperation, if so i would work with c-25. its not to spendy and much better than just co2. you dont want straight argon for mig welding unless its aluminum your welding,(and if your just starting welding, your not doing that) and its not recaminded for steel.
