Default "My Hyundai Has Never Had Any Problems" thread

My car is 6 years old and its never had any problems with it, except a wheel bearing needed replaced. But other than regular maintenance stuff like brake pads needing replaced, and me changing the clutch to a better one (the OEM one was still fine when I changed it)....my car has never had any problems at all with it. It has 91K on the odometer too.

Anyone else in this same category with their car?

Same here! Over the last 10 years almost....

- Replaced 3 wheel bearings
- Replaced Evap sensor
- Had a couple of times where I got misfires due to using crappy plugs and wires. Switched to NGK and Nology wires, and havent had any issues since

Otherwise...almost 150K miles later on original engine and tranny and there hasnt been any major issues what so ever. Just usual maintenance stuff like any other car. smile.gif

I haven't had a single issue with my car in the 9 weeks that I've had it. Except for the oil filter being too tight to get it off. 4,100 miles and no issues! smile.gif

My tibby, over 10 years, replaced two auto trannies, one radiator, and one radiator fan. Nothing besides that over 130,000 miles.

Spark plugs and wires, oil changes, and air filters were my main maintenance items. No coils replaced, no wheel bearing problems, nada. Always used NGK iridium platinum plugs

Nothing besides maintainence changes that were scheduled, only thing is the sunroof shade doesn't automatically go back when it's fully opened anymore. My 03 clutch wasn't even slipping after 60k miles with 10k being stage 2 supercharged aha...

Too many to list... This is between my 2 Hyundais, a 01 Tiburon and 99 Elantra.
Just to start: alternator (2x), axle bearing and axles, brakes, valve covers, timing belt, TRANSMISSION!! Mostly started after 100k miles.
