How much influence does your wife (partner/s.o.) have on what you drive?
Do you let her opinion of what you drive, or want to drive, affect you?
This question goes for a daily driver, or a 'toy' that you want or have.

Yes.
But only if it is a communal car that we both share in driving. Ultimately it comes down to who puts down the most money for it and for us that person gets the most say in the decision.

The wife insists that our next car be 4 door... so I've been eyeing an MS3
Though the Nismo Juke might sway me and I'm testing a Vturbo this weekend.
When it comes to toys, as long as we don't go broke she all cool.
We do discuss any purchases before either of us make one, but largely there has yet to be any issue. Though we do retain veto power over each others purchases just in case.
Also, she plans to get an SCCA license next year and want to help build a rallycross MC.
