Horsepower question
BHP is brake horse power. Most dynos have a friction/brake system that helps them determine how much torque an engine spins the drum with... so you do some math and get hp. I think most people use that term to talk about before drive-train loss
SAE = Society of Automotive Engineers, they set rules so everyone has to play fair when it comes to rating. Tested at the wheels so it is after losses, etc.
