Default driving long distances

Hey guys, i had to drive from austin to dallas (about 3 hours) and i have a 4 and 3 hour trip in the next two weeks.

before i left, i filled up my tank, went to the car wash (to wash off all that bird sh1t accumulated xD) and made sure my tires were inflated to the right air pressure (omg what a sight to see a girl in heels prancing around at a gas station trying to inflate her tires with the 50cent air compressor).

just wondering if you guys had any tips over what i could do to ensure a safe ride and make sure my car is in tip top shape.

thanks!

p.s. scary movie recommendations please!

Since your car is so new all you need to do is basic maintenence things like change the oil on time and check your tire pressure. Your car will be fine. If it has an issue then you can call Hyundai roadside assistance and they'll come rescue you.

You want scary movie recommendations? In the theater or on DVD or what? Any particular type of scary movie? Since you're travelling you can't go wrong with:
The Hills Have Eyes
Joyride
The Hitcher

Shutter as in the US version?

If you can find, find the original Thai version, with english subs... can't go too wrong on that.

Should look after the engine oil, brake fluids, ATF (if automatic transmission), coolant level... Which i think should be a weekly affair, but specifically additional before long drives.
