Some people I know tend to take it a little easier on their cars when its really hot and humid out. Anybody here follow that rule?

my car drives itself slow..the hot 128 degree air going into my engine ain't adding power, the heat definitely make it run a bit sluggish,

Here in the Islands, it's pretty much always hot and humid. Hottest it normally gets here is low 90s and humidity usually goes up with the heat. My driving here is not any different during any time of the year.

I drive slower because I have no A/C and my hands burn themselves onto the steering wheel. Gross.

My last three cars have not had a/c

I've got to make an adaptor bracket for the DOHC alpha swapped X3

I removed it entirely in the beta LC

And my proton wira didn't even come with a/c

She'll be right.
