For those who have plumbed a line into the bottom of their compressor how did you end up venting the line?



I had a quick shutoff ball valve and used to just let it blow out on the floor but that resulted in water/rust "spray" on the floor. I thought about venting a line to the outside of the garage by drilling a hole in the wall but am concerned about the line freezing in the cold months.



I am not plumbing in an automatic drain, manual is fine I just want it to be clean and not screw up down the road.



Any input is appreciated

 

Valve at the tank bottom, line out thru the wall. Blow it dry and there's nothing to freeze.
