Default Anyone use Rhino Ramps?

I found a deal on some rhino ramps and was thinking about getting them for oil changes and little things so I dont have to jack up the car.

$30 for the pair is the best price i could find.

They like to slide on my smooth garage floor. Never personally had problems, but I've had a few friends who just plain had trouble with them. Now only one of my Hyundais can even use them, all the other ones are too low.

if you have smooth concrete, they will slide/move. If you've got blacktop, it depends on how much(or little) texture there is.

The fix is to brace them so they don't slide. It's easy enough to do, but something you should be warned of.

Check Craigslist for some decent metal ones. They don't slide AS Much, but will still sometimes slide on epoxy/smooth concrete.

I use big pieces of carpet under my ramps. Keeps the ramps from slipping on smooth concrete.

I like them, have smooth concrete, put a block behind them, never had an issue.
