it's just something about the indents in the rear hatch where the lights are. It makes the car look off.
I do agree with the comment about cars growing on you. I find the same thing. Maybe the Veloster will grow on me?

I fail to understand how anyone thought it would be a good idea to manufacture in such limited rearward visibility. This is a safety issue!
. . . well, if people would actually wake up and realize other cars are on the road, maybe turn their heads to look before merging . . .

It's grown on me. Laughed at it at first but then seen a few in person and have been up next to a few up close. Have had one come into the shop I work at for new tires and they aren't bad. Definitely looks better than the WRX hatchback turbo that I seen at my work today. Sad the guy couldn't even smoke the tires and my tib made his car look like asscakes.

^My hunch tells me hcriddick21 is from rdtiburon.com and something about that username reminds me that he knows what he's talking about in terms of experience. Please do clarify
I totally agree.
I agree too.

haha true and love the stooges picture. It's just it looked so slow from launch, no chirp of tires, nothing. Guy even grinded the gears like twice putting it into reverse.
