Default 14.7@96......

Here is my time without spraying last night:

2.6-----60 ft.
10.6----1/8th
68------1/8th mph
16.3----1/4
86------1/4 mph

Here is my time with a 50 shot of Nitrous Express:

2.4-----60 ft.(bald stock tires )
9.6-----1/8th
76------1/8th mph
14.7----1/4 eek!
96------1/4 mph

Bear in mind, these times are with my stock 15" tires/rims, hence the extremely ****ty 60ft's. It was also about 50 degrees outside, so my bottle pressure was at only ~700psi, instead of the needed 1100psi. So there is not as much juice running through.

I know that I could knock another .2-.3 off my time with larger/newer tires since I spun out through first and half of second.

Now here is where the argument starts up again. I remember some posts between SCCA Elantra and Jaws about how a 50 shot couldn't take a full second off your time and a 75 couldn't take 1.5 seconds off.

Seems to me that my 50 shot NX just took 1.6 seconds off my time. A 75 would definately get me close to 2 seconds. wink

Go NX!!! tongue.gif

2.6 is a bad 60' time for N/A Why was your first run so slow to the 60' mark?

Your first run could have been a 16.1 if you shave off those 2/10ths!

It's damn near impossible to get my tires to get any sort of traction whether I'm spraying or not. I was so happy with my times that I didn't want to tear up my car for that extra 2/10ths off the bottle. It takes enough abuse daily. wink

I'm thinking about buying two stock rims off a friend and putting some biggass slicks on them for the track.

I was having the same problem with spinning but,
I just bought tires from the Tirerack.com, $50 each for Sumitomo 205/50/15's . I dont have the spinning problem anymore, these tires get great dry traction.
