Well things is that Chutes are baised on a speed factor, nothing to do with how fast of a Time your running, NHRA says in order to run if you do run 150MPH or faster then you need a Chute to run, seeing the Tib and him being Neck and Neck that run, and the Tib clocking 140MPH, a Chute isnt showy, i think it is a precaution!
