Rd1/rd2 Equal Length N/a Headers
I should get an email back from John tonight, or tomorrow. Otherwise I'll drive over there friday and find out whats up, since Friday is R&D day. I'm soooooooooo hoping I have something to show you guys this time I go. I'm babying just this one deal with him so that I can have a nice foundation to base the relationship off of. If this doesn't go like we want, and we're not happy with it, that'll mean a different direction for FlyRyde. But I'm really confident that this whole thing will go great, and we'll have some kick ass new FlyRyde products to whore about smile.gif When I get the email, you'll get it too.

ONe of the buyers actually said he has connections with the FBI and said if I do not ship soon he will take action.

Guys, I got a message from John today. The headers are not started, and the car is not on a lift. Those of you in need of these for any testing or emissions will possibly be set back a bit by this. Hotshot has had a bunch of cars there, and so far mine is not up to bat. When it is, we'll have SS hoses the first day. The equal length headers will be the first metal project. After that I'll likely have my car up there for a few months. I'm not getting it back anytime soon.
I just wanted to fill you in, as you all should know. No these wont be done by the second week of December it looks like. John told me the shop had a few cars and it wouldn't go right up and get headers immediately after it was brought in. However I didn't know it would be this long. This is completely understandable for me, but it sucks for those of you who wanted these ASAP. If anyone has an issue with waiting, please PM me and we can discuss your situation in depth. But as of now, only the 4-2-1 headers are available and in stock. I still haven't installed mine, but that will happen in the next week I hope. Thanks guys.

I'm just nervous, since i dont have what i bought in my hands lol.

Chris can we get them before next year?
I really want to install them over break, because otherwise I won't be able to until spring. I'm sick of getting raped at Midas because I have no place to work on my car now that I live 2 hours from home.

zoned. You have to overcome your ego and gather all you tools in a box(in my case in a tall skinny USPS Priority Shipping Box). Bring your snowboarding jacket, gloves, beanie, and flashlight (in case you f*** up and end up working into the night).
Go to a deserted parking lot (Wal Mart) and dump out all your tools in the parking space next to you. =)
Get to work. ...and have no shame. When people stare at you, look them straight in the eye as they walk by. If security comes and you have parts sprawled all over, be like "what do you want me to do..push my car out of the parking lot? I'm almost done let me just finish and I'll be out of your way." wink1.gif
That's what I do. It's truely a funny sight to see.
One man walked by when I was searching through my pile of tools for a 10mm. I had all four wheels off, three IM's spread on the gound, my EVAP was out of the car, my interior was sprawled out, and music was a blastin. He compared what I was doing to his 10 y/o grandson playing with his legos.
I said yea basically, this is legos for grown-ups. =) That's really all tuning is mang, technologically advanced lego's for men. lmao.gif
But yea, I'm sure from the multiple posts Chris has made about the progress he is putting as much pressure as he feels neccessary on John or whoever from hotShot and when they are done they are done. It's unfortunate that they will be done later than expected, but that's life. ...especially in the world of producing Hyundai Tiburon parts...02.gif
