I think I need to go a junk yard today and just cough up the 50-100 bux on the stocker. I'll end up using it anyway to smog my RD2. Hopefully today guys. That'd be nice huh?

I have one lined up, and just today I met up with our very own Spiffywerks and he donated his old stocker. I have to drive up to Palmdale area tomorrow to pick it up. So I'll have it dropped off at Hotshot tomorrow, and he'll be able to resume work on it!!! This is a HUGE update. I'm stoked, thats why I'm making the drive, just to get this stuff taken care of.

Yeah it sucked, I drove 4 hours to get us a catback, and its the stupid 3 bolt flange one. So what I'm doing is pulling half of one exhaust, to mate with the mid and rear sections of OEM that I got from Spiffy's house in Lancaster. Then I get to drive to hotshot, pull the hot pipes off (the hot OEM pipes that we want for the equal lengths) and bolt up the 1.8 oem semi headers matched with the rear section (catback) OEM I got from Lancaster, to the green car. And the exhaust currently on the green car will be nice and hot from the drive over there, and I get to pull that and mount it back onto my black car at Hotshot where it friggin came from. Just wish John had gotten on the project while this stock exhaust was on there. After I had to pass smog I needed OEM and its been on there for the months since I passed. I'll get to Hotshot as soon as he calls me back and OKs me working in his yard again. Its been raining and stuff, so he's been unable to get any work in the yard done. So I'll see. He's anxious to get something slammed out though guys smile.gif

That was supposed to be the last 2 or 3 days in a row. So hopefully tomorrow I'll get to do it. Its hard finding 3 hours for me, EVER. Thats about as much as my wife gets to see me at the end of the day before I start another 14 hour+ day, lol.

I was hoping to get the exhaust to John last week, but he was gone all week. He comes back Monday. I'll have it there for him tomorrow. I had to swap a water pump yesterday, and was supposed to do the swap then, but I have a slanted driveway, and the pump took 10 hours, so being tired and worried about a car falling off the stands on me, kept me from it. So tomorrow it is gents. We should have some pics in a couple days smile.gif Or I'll expect to be banned from RD, lol.
