I'll be there first thing tomorrow, and I told them I bringing contract, and a checklist of parts I've dropped off that I need to find and see with my own eyes before I leave. Hopefully one of these parts I find is the cowling, cause its off my RD2 and that RD2 is way easier to mod because it has more flat parts without ridges. The RD1 has tons more ridges, and I'd rather just find the parts I friggin gave em already.

Okay, my deal for all of the items I've prepaid for through Flyryde is, either an official update or message from the company making them, with a FINISH Date, all posted here before March, or I want a refund on all of them.

I'm sorry, but I'm done waiting. I've waited, tried helping, and have even sent in parts to get these GB's done, and there is no ounce of progress. Hell, I've even given you the contact info for Importshark so we can get these transfered to him and DONE.

Nothing.

We can't even get an update on the questions for the hoods and stuff that you DO carry and that are made.

All this stuff needs done before March, or I'm requesting refunds, my hood scoops and other parts returned, doing chargebacks, and getting legal.

 

I'm ready for my money back. I have been waiting for these cowls to put my cf hood on at the same time, but i am about ready to give up on them. March seems like another long time to wait for nothing, but if REDZ seems to think that something productive will happen in that time, then I'll wait a little longer.

it this point i'm feeling a little ashamed for having brought the original idea fourth.

it's been more than TWO years with nothing but delay after delay. dude, what was the real problem? i mean you swing hoods and bumpers a strong man can barely handle himself but you can't swing a skimpy panel held together by phillips screws?

i know you've been working in the fam business and it's hard, but we're in it just as much as you are. something has to be done now. it would be easier for us if we didn't have chunks of money piled into a lost cause. if it was the "help chris survive" fund, then i would feel better. but at two years later it's eaten through a hole in my little stomach, you keep promising and promising and i don't know what's stalling.

please tell us the truth, we're not here to crumple you we wanted to support you and help you expand on your dreams and we get nothing but more distanced from you return.

without any doubt it's been a difficult two years for us, and particularly for the man behind the this thread. 11 pages, how many more pages will this go before we all fall down?

 

this will be the fall down...

the point is, if flyryde bit off more then they could chew as far as projects, and failed business deals and stuff, why would they just keep taking peoples money for new projects?

as good as the group buys and stuff sound to get parts made, things need to happen the other way around.. the business needs to see if it is feasible to get done, they have the resources to get the things done, and have a reliable company to make the parts (and they are on good terms) and they fork out the first chunk of change to show the customers they are serious, and not tying up their $$$$ for months upon months, and eventually nothing happens.

this should ESPECIALLY be the case after SOO many failed GBs. or just say, sorry guys, im not making any more parts for the tib community, or, wait until they are finished and i wont be offering a GB.

 

So what's your decision on this gb SOCKS? Seeing that you are the new gb liaison and this one has been active since 2005. This would be a nice payment for the sfr side skirts when they come out.

 

This is why I hide from GBs as you guys know.

One decent one in five hundred. Only ones I remember that worked were KSpec and RedZ collaborations and PRD wires.
