I sent a huge ass email to Henry, my original good rep from Import Trenz. He was in california for a week or so, and just got back to Hawaii, so he's working on my update. I'll have some new info when I get that from him. I'll post up his email here.

yeah I'll dig up the email for you guys if you want. He posted back basically saying that he'd take care of all the BS import trenz has been handing me lately. So we'll likely see the rest of the parts on my works in progress list soon here. They're wrapping up my GK carbon fiber hatch right now. THAT has sucked a grip. The customer who lent the part has been in constant need of help getting the parts to and from, and its been on the top of my list to wrap up. I should have them shipping this week, so that'll square that away. Plus I want to drive my RD2, and it'll look sick with a nice new wiper cowl! I'll get in touch with the guy who does their carbon and fiberglass work, he should be able to tell me whats up.

I'm calling right now, I have NO clue where this in in terms of being ready or not. I know for sure they cant make anything else out of carbon till they get more. The shipment from Brazil did not show up last week like expected. So I'll be more on top of issues with Import Trenz now that I have more time guys. I do apologize for not being down their throats about the delays on this.

chris we know you're with us on this and you're trying hard. i just hope ImportTrenz or someone in there doesn't screw you over and tell you down the road it 'aint happenin' son.
let's hope by this time they're developing custom boxes for it or something. these things are innovative, they're going to be very attractive. i don't understand how anybody could turn something like that down. you already saw how many of us attacked this GB already. it's a simple product with a big amount of buyers. think of it, if a CF hood cost $400, the cowling is like 1/10th of the hood but the price isn't 1/10 of the hood. it's like 1/5th, so they're already making that 50% extra profit selling cowlings than they would be selling hoods. i don't know how they wouldn't instantly jump on it.
