I think depending on the one you get you'll be fine man.
Here's some new pics I was emailed for you guys, its for the TPMS:

Of course anyone can set this up a bit cleaner. No need to use the clips for the A/C vents. We could easily wire this up to get power without using the cig lighter. I'm sure I'll pick one up to test.

hah, Ive had shark fins on my car for almost a year now. They're non functional, but still, you get the idea.

Sunroof clearance is definetly an issue, both of mine have just barely cleared it:

I'll have to get a shot of my current one which is carbon fiber. It looks awesome and fits the car perfectly.

Never would have thought of the sunroof clearance until AFTER I put it on. Thanks for pointing that out.
As for the TPMS, its a cool idea, but I've noticed with my Dad's 03 Deville, they can be damaged pretty easily. I tend to avoid potholes in any car that I'm driving, but there are the odd times when I've hit a nasty bump. I never trust the sensors in the Cadillac. They've said the tire was down to 10 PSI, and when I checked it, it was still at 34.
Then again, with these being aftermarket, they may be more durable and better quality. I think I'll stick with the fin, and maybe get some HIDs instead.

I finally found the perfect place for my XM antenna this weekend, completely hidden and perfect reception. I'd still like to know about this though.
