Koyo Aluminum Racing Radiators
#15
yeah, i have seen these cheaper.. cool.gif but im sure the sponsorship pricing is good. smile.gif
this radiator is one of the EASIEST things i have done to my tib so far. direct swapout.. took about 30 min including draining radiator i believe.
although, i trimmed up the top hose a little for better fitment..
this is a top of the line radiator.

Good question. Looking at the one that Blue Spanis Shark or whatever his name is, yes, it works with OEM fans.
How much thicker is this than the OEM one? I may not be able to fit this on with my FAL's and GT headers.

I have my equal length headers, and have plenty of room between my FAL fans and the manifold. The rad is maybe a 1/8 inch thicker. The stock fans will be fine, just like ANY fans. Basically, if you dont have threaded holes to put a bolt into, you use Zipties. I use zip ties everytime I have to pull the rad out. I snip the fans zip ties, then later before I drop in the rad again, I zip tie the fans back onto the rad. You can make brakets from the FAL or stock fans to the threaded holes in the Koyo. I think they Koyo bolts right up to stock GK fans, so those are always an option if you want to have everything like OEM.
I'll take pics of the Equal length header tomorrow. I had Tom cut its flange, fab up a new one, and weld it so it'd be a straight swap for the stock header/cat combo on the GK I4 tibs. K, like a tweeker I went outside past midnight and snapped off some pics of the room between the FAL fans and new header:

Yeah, but even there, your headers have like an inch and a half more space than mine.
