First Majik I dont know why you singled me out but thats not the idea...I havnt bought anything from flyryde yet cause I didnt find out about it until not to long ago and I usually get my stuff from Kspec...But know that I am aware of FlyRyde I will be doing some shopping there and I have also brought a sent a few people there as well.

Just to let you know.

Thank you and have a nice day.

Hey man dont worry about the packet...I do understand about the cost and I am aware that it does cost money. I did pm you about them and all I was wanting was a yes or no on whether or not one would be sent out...But indeed it is ok cause I know that it is expensive. But I will still buy stuff through FlyRyde cause I like the way you have got it set up.

JH... dude I'm sorry. I reread my post, I wasn't trying to direct it at you, I was actually trying to direct it at everybody. Sorry, bad choice of wording on my part.

Trust me, Chris wants to send everybody flyryde packets. He wants everyone to be included and he wants to give back to the entire community. Being the type of guy he is, he may send you a packet just because you asked. He's willing to lose money to make people happy, and be hopefully it will earn him revenue in the long run. He's a great guy, and I don't know what his intentions are. He may be planning on sending 100 packets out, or maybe just 10. I'm definitely not one of his biggest customers financially, so I would assume he's taking care of them first. The people who paid the money up-front to get vertical door kits made, and the people who help finance the R&D production costs for the products. They show their faith by putting their money up way before the product is even designed.

FlyRyde is brand new. Chris has been working out of his garage for years MAKING his products (angel eye headlights, air vent haloz, various things). I wasn't trying to bash you and single you out. Sorry about that. It's just that Chris has some people who have been investing in his work for a few years now. I was trying to inform you of that in a polite way... I wasn't intending to be an asshat. Sorry wink1.gif

I would have sent out another 15 packets, but I came down hard as hell with a flu 6 days ago, and I'm still sick as a dog. I'm hoping to just grunt it out tomorrow, but I'll be sending packets to those I want on the marketing team. It may sound like a bunch of fun, but like Majik said (oh and your a dumbass if you dont think you're one of my most valuable customers/friends) it costs a grip of cash for me to do this. This is not some exclusive little club that once you're in your good to chill. This is basically a business agreement between two parties to mutually benefit from eachother. I have the means to do what most cannot. While at the same time, my voice is not a large as the voice of 100 guys.

Its a give and take thing. And at least until I run out of my supplies, I have a pretty clear idea of whos getting what. You wont exactly just get something in the mail randomly. If you've expressed that you wanted a packet and nothing has shown, you're not out of luck, but you may not get one very very soon.

I have to see how the first 20 guys in goes, and set that up, get used to the whole process. And hey if it proves to be a big success even if you haven't been a huge help to the biz thus far, like Majik, Tre, Jaws, etc. then I may be sending out 20 more right away after. But for now, I'm just doing what I can, and notifying those involved. So if you hear from me that your packet went out, thats the only time you can EXPECT that it has gone out.

Now if I owe you something else, like parts ordered or something, thats another story, but then we'd not be worried about the packet in that case, so wrong thread smile.gif

All in good time guys. I just hope I get better, 6 days in bed does not work well with a my schedule at all. I'm dying knowing whats not getting done without me.

Hey man this is not of intentions to suck up and get a packet. But I had this Idea one day so I went with it and it turned out REALLY well. Its a styling product for interior. I was going to just put it up on a DIY but I didnt want it to be WAY to common but since now I know some more about your buisness and what your intentions are I would like to share this idea with you so you could get some in production and put them up on FlyRyde. If your intersted just send me a PM.

Ohh and sorry Majik for snapping at you.

JH, it's all good. My fault anyways.

I suggest you e-mail your proposal to Chris so he can look at it at his leisure. It's HARD to get in touch with him, so with it sitting in his Inbox, maybe he'll get a few minutes and actually read the e-mail he has. Chris, you've got an e-mail sitting in your FlyRyde mailbox from me. fing02.gif Make sure you read it fool
