Why all of a sudden does HA.org feel like high school all over again. Enough with the childish b*tching! There have been problems before with photo contests and I think the site mods have taken care or handled those problems, if you have an issue with the contest, how about handling it via PM's?

As you can see, Irish Red has one account registered by her IP address, and one vote submitted by her IP address.

The question is can multiple users in the same business have the same IP WAN address? Yes, it can be the same if everyone uses there computers, labtops, mobile device on the same ISP. If everyone uses the same network and the internet connection from the same ISP they will have the same external default WAN IP address. Computers inside your local business network will typically get their IP addresses assigned by the business external port WAN router if you are setup like that!
