Well, I ordered these from K-Spec, and for some reason they don't fit. I was wonderin' if anyone would know if I could salvage them by like, heating them up a bit and bending them into the right shape?

I did send them the pictures, and we had a back and forth volley about it, and they said they sent me the correct ones. The ended up letting me keep them and refunding me the price minus shipping from it, so that's why I wondering if I could maybe fix 'em.
The back ones, you MIGHT be able to bend a little with a heat gun. But the front have too much of an angle. If you try bending them, even with heat applied, you'll end up with a crease in it, and it wont look good at all. But since you basically got them for free (minus shipping), my as well give it a shot. smile.gif
has anyone noticed that ALL of our aftermarket part stores SUCK!? Come on K-Spec, there's no facking way that those are the right one just by looking at the picture. There are so many horror stories from all of us about SFR, KSPEC, SR, all of them suck. wtf i quit

It's easy to remold them. Just use a heat gun. Keep in mind that the plastic will move more in the area that you heat up and just bend in areas that you do not. If you heat up a large area, then a large area will bend. It's tricky. If you've never worked with plastic before, i would not try it. I guess, maybe it's not as easy for you, but as long as you keep the surface in contact and use a cold wash cloth to mold it from both sides, you should be able to get the hang of it. Start with the back. Keep the heat gun around 400 if possible.
