Your invader will get hit whether or not you lower your car. People will walk by with basball bats..

Thanks for the info...and Erebuni products are never a rip off...really good stuff

LOL

Yeah, they ARE a ripoff.

They copied a bodykit out there. Called the VIELSIDE. Invader is just a gay name put on all of the Vielside copies.

It's illegal, but rarely does anyone do anything about it.

Erebruni does it alot.

Like the kit that they have with the little pods in the back and the wide open front?

That's the CLUB GTR KIT.

Another ripoff.

They don't even call it an "invader".

Look familiar?

The Club GTR and Veilside were out for at least a year before they got them.

I took this picture from someone else. It's not my car, but this shows how low it is with factory suspension. Would you want it to be 2" lower???
Get 17" wheels to fill up the wheel gap (205/40/17 tires) and it'll look better.

well i had first hand experience with my tibby with the invader body kit.

Yes it scraped... as soon as i got it from the body shop, now im tellin u, i scraped on EVERYTHING
the slightest lil bump in the road, you scrape. I had stock wheels and springs thus the car moved more up and down. Now i was stupid and decided to try and go into a driveway. After doin so part of my front bumper got caught in a pot hole in the driveway (you kno where it dips back up in the front) and cracked the fiberglass. After that the kit went down hill thus i have to get a new front bumper.

As for the sideskirts and rear, they are fine. I have a few cracks here and there in the side skirts from bein a retart and goin too fast through some construction lol but they are no big deal. So the rest of the kit is fine. And after you get some new wheels and tires u dont scrape at all.

Hope I helped you out

fiberglass is easily fixable if you can find someone who works well with it. A custom body shop could do the work for you, depending on how bad it is.

Potholes and broken up blacktop are the worst... scraping won't crack your bumper, but those damn potholes and chunks of broken up road will. I cracked mine in a parking lot where the cement was broken up and sticking up a little

Thanks for the info...would the CF plate in the front keep it from cracking? I have KYB shocks and bought Eibach spring but the guy never shipped them to me. I am getting 17 inch Koning Unknowns and 205/40/17 tires for graduation..that should keep it raised a little bit shouldnt it.

I know they are the Vielside copy but I thought you was saying rip off as a shity product.
No biggie I know....

it's nice having a secondary car to drive around, when you know you're going to scrape up the veilside =) lol

no, the CF splitter or plate won't help... it'll just make you that much closer to the ground and let you know before you're gonna crack the front bumper. It may help protect the fiberglass from constant scraping, but it's not really that big of a deal

Veilside kits and all the knockoffs out there are for show cars IMHO. Just sits to damn low for everyday use. How can you enjoy driving your car when you are constantly scanning the road for that next minor bump, dip or hole that will take your front end off?? Having a Veilside kit and having stock suspension gaps in the fenders looks GHEY!!! Sad to spend so much time and money getting the kit on only to have a car that looks half finished with stock suspension gaps. I would never consider that kit unless I was gonna use it for a airbag suspension equipped show car. Sorry for the rant LOL! Veilside kit and knockoffs+lowering springs=scrape-o-rama!! owned.gif
