Re: Wide Body Fenders
yea they used to have those on importshark.com ...
I'd def want a pair if you can make them. They didn't have them for over $500 at all tho.

Re: Konig Unknown
hamhead, as purple tib said, these are the fenders sr/tsr used to sell and yes they are were called gorrilla.
01tibby341, could you email me with a pic of the x1 fenders and i'll see what I can do.
Redzman, thanks for the vote, looking forward to seeing how your fenders come out so it'll give us rd owners more to choose from.
Mad-Machine, the problem with making a matching rear set would be that the buyer would have to spend a fair bit on having them installed, molded and painted.
BillyDee01Tib, you could easilly have the holes, slots filled if they aren't to your liking.
purpletib, I'm not 100% positive, but I think Jaws021 also has these fenders on his tib and he also has the vertical door conversion.
Quality was the main topic for these fenders when I spoke to the guy that will be making these. Our goal was for you to be able to go straight to paint with very little to no repair.
I'll let this pole run till the end of the week and come up with a decision on whether or not to make these shortly after. Hopefully I will also be able to decide on a fair price.
If anyone has any questions, comments, suggestions. Now is the time to make them and I will do my best to provide you with answers.

Re: Any one ever installed m3 mirrors?
well, at least you are taking all of this serious.. Personally though, if you do not like the z3 gills (I don't) you could always fill them or pay somebody to fill them prior to paint.

Re: my motor is on it's last leg... what should i do?
those are sway... the gills rock! i could possibly be interested BUT to me:
a) they kind of ruin the line of the tib (not the widebody but the coverup of the fender groove)
B) the Z3 slots aren't that attractive

Re: ARK SPEED RACING Discussion/Concerns
Count me in for 100% if they are made...
Im considering just saying fugg it and take a set off a civic and get them fiber glassed into mine...
I want a wide body set so bad I can taste it... and come the new year.... if no one has made them... im gunna pick up a set off a fonda and fiber glass them in.
But let us know though.

Re: A Soldier Story - Must Read!
I know this came from the ugliest tibs thread, but I like the fenders on this one......well except for the holes infront of the wheel well. The gill looking ones look good.

Re: My experiences with PowerChip
Unfortunately, those are VERY poor quality fenders, I tried to do a GB on them before, getting Curt from Custom Composites to copy them for us high quality, and it all fell thru.
I'm STILL paying folks back.
They don't even make them anymore.
