Who Build The Lip Kit (kore)

I see a RD2 with a lip kit the lip is like the kore bumper on RD1
who build this lip or it's a real kore bumper of rd1 with fitting to rd2
or another kit

i like it too
sideskirts are ugly as sin though and the lip would look WAY better with the bulge under the fenders(in the front) cut down a little and the whole thing molded in
