i don't have anything against motegi. but take a look at the spokes. they're centered on the inside. this will make your rims look smaller. if you hit something hard enough, it will bend or crack your rim.
i prefer spokes that go all the way out. chances of scratching the spokes are greater, but think of the reinforcement they give when they are out.
if i had to choose one, i would definitely go with the first one because drilled/slotted rotors and calipers will look better on the inside. but if you ask me, i'd rather spend $100 more to have Enkei, O.Z., even Konigs... motegis look ok, but if look at them from the side, photochop them onto your car, i think you will be half as happy. that's what i did with my car (thank god) when i photochopped numerous rims into an old picture i had of my car. i was about to get the new konig troubles! the rims i have now are a lot nicer in accordance to the car.
(word of advice, spend some time with these. you don't want to buy a product, and then find out you're not happy with them)

i believe those are designed to look like deep dish rims, thats why the spokes are inside... also i thought motegi focused more on lightweight rims, but i could be wrong
